Faith Place Village
Faith Place Village advances a new model for unlocking workforce homeownership for working individuals and families. Working with Faith Community Baptist Church, the project transforms underutilized institutional land into a vibrant residential community that strengthens the surrounding neighborhood and creates new opportunities for the residents who will call it home.
Grand Bahamas Place
Grand Bahamas Place is a mixed-use development that builds on the history and character of Coconut Grove’s Little Bahamas neighborhood by creating new opportunities for homeownership, neighborhood-serving retail, and community gathering. Working with Believers of Authority Ministries and the Collective Empowerment Group, the project reinforces the neighborhood’s legacy while expanding opportunities for future generations.
CERES Chatt Hills
CERES Chatt Hills is the inaugural community in the CERES platform and the nation’s first culinary-centric residential community, where food becomes the foundation for healthy, sustainable, and connected living. Located in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, the project brings together residential living, hospitality, edible landscapes, and culinary experiences designed around the shared experience of food.
